2. Legal Capacity: You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account on jd8e. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on jd8e or any related platform.
6. Not Acting on Behalf of Others: You must be gambling for your own personal account and not acting as an agent, trustee, or intermediary for any third party.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. jd8e will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jd8e immediately via the live chat support function if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, jd8e is required to verify your identity. This process typically requires submission of the following documents:

Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits are generally processed instantly. jd8e does not charge deposit fees on its side; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jd8e accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Funds balance. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements are met in full.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong are typically processed within one business day.

Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly displayed at the point of offer. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.

General Bonus Conditions:

jd8e reserves the right to void bets or gaming results where:

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jd8e Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account per person, whether using your own identity or the identity of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime

Account Suspension & Termination

jd8e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• These Terms have been materially breached
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity is suspected
• The Account holder has failed to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or jd8e's regulatory standing

In the event of Account closure for reasons other than fraud or breach, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of applicable compliance checks. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure regardless of circumstance.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jd8e's support team via the live chat function. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course prior to closure.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which jd8e holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be submitted to jd8e's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

jd8e will endeavour to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
